absent housekeeping mandatory charges

The absence of daily housekeeping was a real letdown (especially with a longer stay). trash accumulated, and getting service proved impossible due to company policy. the breakfast setup also felt misleading. The $50 voucher didn't cover the added mandatory charges, a surprise i didn't welcome.

ample space amazing city functional kitchen

The one bedroom suite balcony offered ample space. The balcony gave amazing city views. The kitchen was very functional. It included all necessary appliances. I had a GREAT experience here. The location was convenient!

The breakfast arrangement was a bit confusing. It's not a true buffet, instead a limited credit is applied. This system caused unexpected additional charges that I did not appreciate.

The hotel's location is quite central, close to bayside marketplace and many restaurants that are walkable. This hotel is also near several attractions like the ice cream museum. Everything is very accessible.

The hotel has a nice rooftop pool that offered sweeping views. I enjoyed the modern amenities provided. The hotel also features a gym. I saw it has several cardio machines.

The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, a nice setup, and great views. My room had a large balcony. The room had good soundproofing so there was no noise from outside.

The staff was proud to be working at this place. I received personal friendly service from the bartender Natasha. Other staff members I met were very courteous and helpful. The service was Excellent.

fantastic stay!

rooftop pool amazing equipment lobby cafe

the rooftop pool was beautiful and quite large. the gym had amazing equipment. i was able to use six elevators, a definite plus! the cafe in the lobby offered good food.

i wish breakfast was fully included! the advertised voucher system created some confusion and extra costs.
